People might not understand just how much effort goes into putting on an event like Tip of the Hats. The event itself has been remarkably smooth and that's all thanks to the team that works tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all happen. Personally I just sit on the couch and talk for a weekend but the rest of the team has put in MONTHS of planning and effort to get TOTH off the ground not to mention all of the followup work that goes on after it's all over, and I'm so proud of them for this tremendous accomplishment. |
